Support new music performance in Australia by becoming a member of the New Music Network
By becoming a member of the NMN, you are directly supporting the performance of new music by a network of wonderful Australian ensembles performing around the country. Your membership gives you discount on concert tickets for designated performances; 10% discount on purchases at the Australian Music Centre store; an invitations to attend special events and concerts including the annual Peggy Glanville-Hicks Address.
1. Full Membership
Annual Fee: $170.00 (+GST)
Full Membership is open to Australian artists, ensembles or organisation involved in the performance of new music.
The criteria for membership are:
1. Signficant activitiy in the presenation of new and
Australian music.
2. Operating professionally
3. Strong track record
Each application should include:
• A statement addressing the criteria, outlining why you wish to join the NMN
• Brief biography or CV
• Support material e.g. CD, DVD, concert programs and media material
Applications are accepted at any time and are assessed periodically by the Executive Committee. Submit your application to the Manager by email or post.
Full Members can:
• Vote at the NMN Annual General Meeting. Eligible to nominate for positions on the Executive Committee
• Advocacy – be appart of a growing new music community and have a voice in this forum.
• Promotion
– Promotional listing on the website.
– List your concerts on the monthly eNews, received
by over 1,700 subscribers nationally.
– Have your CDs displayed for sale at NMN concerts & events.
– Have concert flyers distributed at NMN concerts & events.
– Receive the NMN monthly eNews.
– Receive discounts on designated concert performances.
– Receive a 10% discount on the retail price at the Australian Music Centre Shop.
• Potential access to prestentation opportunities in the concert series held in Sydney.
2. Supporter – Organisation Membership
Annual Fee: $55.00
Open to artists, ensembles and organisations who are dedicated to the performance of new music.
Benefits of Organisation Members:
• Support the activities and presentation of new music.
• Have your concerts listed on the monthly eNews, received by over 1,700 subscribers.
• Receive the NMN monthly eNews.
• Receive a discount on designated concert performances.
• Receive a 10% discount on the retail price at the Australian Music Centre Shop.
• Attend the annual Peggy Glanville-Hicks Address.
3. Supporter - Individual Membership
Annual Fee: $33.00
Open to any individual interested in supporting the performance of new music in Australia.
Individual members of the NMN directly support the performance of new music in Australia and receive a range of exclusive benefits.
Benefits of Individual Members:

• Receive the NMN monthly eNews.
